A Weekly Property Check prior to your first Open for Inspection that week:

  • Flowers refreshed
  • Fruit and perishables replaced
  • Lights switched on
  • Outdoor checked
  • All rooms checked and tidied

Twice Weekly Property Check prior to your Open for Inspections that week, or by appointment if required:

  • Flowers refreshed

  • Lights switched on prior to Open house
  • Candles lit prior to Open house
  • Outdoor checked
  • Weekly Cleaning (dependant on size of Property)
  • Mowing and Garden maintenance as required throughout the Campaign
