We are pretty amazing Project Managers and can do as little or as much as you need us to do to get your property shipshape for your upcoming marketing and Sales Campaign.

We know you probably love your home and don’t think twice about the wonky front step or the slightly (ok badly) peeling paint in the living room, but all these things can detract from your property once it goes on the market.

Buyers, for the most part want to see a home presented ready to live in, so all these little (and big) jobs you’ve been putting off really need some attention before you move forward with styling the property and adding the finishing touches.

How
does it
all work?

Read on about our 5-step project management procedure:

We book in an Initial Consultation with you, including Design and the all important Budget discussion.

We will create a Project Management plan, including a timeline, task lists and a schedule of works to be completed. From this we will be able to give you a ball park figure of possible costs involved, and be able to discuss alternatives if necessary.

Your Project Management team will meet with all Trades onsite (as required) to discuss works in detail, time frames to be met, and confirm costs.

From here we will complete a formal Quotation for you, with full transparency on all costs involved.

Project commences with Stylepoint managing all timelines and Trades to meet the required deadlines.

We will stay in close touch with you throughout, making you aware of any issues or changes to initial planning or works.

Full builders clean of property, including windows and external areas of property if required.

Installation and full Styling of the property as agreed.

Property overhaul completed and all photo ready!

Don’t forget we can also support you throughout the Sales Campaign with our weekly “Live Lovely” property servicing packages.
